The PCB material employed is Taconic TLX-7, a robust fiberglass fabric infused with PTFE composites. This combination ensures outstanding durability and superior electrical performance. With a process DK of 2.6 at 10 GHz/23°C, this PCB guarantees reliable signal transmission with minimal loss, even at high frequencies. Operating seamlessly between temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, it remains resilient in diverse environmental conditions.
The stack-up of this PCB is optimized to enhance its functionality. It consists of two copper layers, each measuring 35 μm in thickness. The substrate, crafted from TLX-7, boasts a substantial 1.270 mm (50mil) thickness, providing a sturdy foundation for the circuitry. With precise construction, these layers and substrate work harmoniously to deliver exceptional performance.
In terms of dimensions, the PCB measures 195.49mm x 98.46mm (1PCS, +/- 0.15mm), offering a well-suited size for integration into various systems. The design allows for intricate circuit layouts, with a minimum trace/space requirement of 4/4 mils. The minimum hole size of 0.50mm ensures precise component assembly. The finished board thickness is 1.4mm, providing the necessary robustness for reliable operation.
This PCB features a 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layer copper weight, ensuring optimal electrical conductivity throughout the circuit. With a via plating thickness of 20 μm, efficient signal transfer is guaranteed. The immersion gold surface finish not only enhances the PCB's aesthetics but also offers excellent corrosion resistance and solderability. The top and bottom solder masks, both in green, provide effective insulation and protection. Before shipment, each PCB undergoes a stringent 100% electrical test to ensure its reliability and performance. This thorough quality control process ensures that only the highest quality boards reach our customers.
With 145 components and a total of 205 pads, this PCB can accommodate complex circuit designs and offer ample connectivity options.
