Aluminum Quadruplex Overhead Service Drop Cable Cross-Linked
Polyethylene used to provide three-phase power, typically from a transformer
installed atop a pole to the user's service head, which is
connected to the service entry wire. Use at phase-to-phase voltages
of no more than 600 volts and conductor temperatures not to exceed
75 °C for polyethylene-insulated conductors or 90 °C for conductors
insulated with crosslinked polyethylene (XLP).
