Compressed Wood Chips Pallet Block Extruding Line Machines is the production line of extruding pallet blocks for wood pallets.

Equipment disposition:
Generally, four pallet block extruding machines are a production line. And other machines are necessary, such as wood crushing machine, wood drying machine, glue mixing machine, and so on.
1) Wood crushing machine: it is necessary to crush the raw material into 5*5 mm and smaller than 200 mm for further processing. If the raw materials are bigger than 5*5 mm, it should equip with wood crushing machine.
2) Wood drying machine: to dry the moisture under 15% before mixing the material with glue. If the moisture of materials is above 15%, wood drying machine is needed.
3) Glue mixing machine: to mix the material with glue evenly.
4) Pallet block extruding machine: to make the wood pallet block.
 
Personnel disposition:

Production personnel 4-5 people per shift. And raw material sort (screening) section and drying section spreads 2-3 people, and the extruding section needs 2 people (one person may look at two machines).
 
Equipment investment recoupment period: 10 -- 12 months.
