160kW Diesel Engine Dynamometer Test Bench 3600RPM 0.05%FS

This system is dedicated to testing high-power diesel engines. It features a heavy-duty AC dynamometer at its core, paired with a four-quadrant variable frequency inverter system to achieve megawatt-level energy feedback.

The Seelong electric dynamometer is a device that provides loading and dragging functions for the engine. It can load or drag the engine. The main components include the AC motor, torque flange, and mounting bracket, equipped with the German HBM T40B series torque flange for torque measurement.

ABB ACS880 series frequency converter, four-quadrant operation (feedback efficiency > 98%), built-in harmonic filter.

Communicates with the variable frequency inverter system via the bus to achieve the setting and control of various working conditions of the test bench.

Equipped with temperature, pressure and other sensor equipment and acquisition modules for collecting parameters of key engine parts.

Includes ultra-large flow coolant constant temperature device (100L/min), high-pressure common rail fuel system tester, heavy-duty piston leakage meter, intercooler constant temperature control device and multi-component gas analyzer.

• High load bearing: Can withstand 160kW rated power test for 12 consecutive hours.
• Highly efficient energy recovery: Approximately 120kWh of energy can be fed back to the grid per hour.
