Product description
The transmission test bench is built with a multi-drive system
architecture to meet the requirements of drive and load
synchronization control and measurement. The system simulates the
characteristics of power input and output to complete the drive and
load test of the transmission; At the same time, the transmission
efficiency of the transmission and transmission system is recorded
and converted in real time. Assist users to complete the quality,
efficiency and reliability evaluation of transmissions.
Equipment configuration
SSCD series AC dynamometer is the load for dynamic mechanical power test. The standard SSCH/SSCD series AC dynamometer consists of an AC dynamometer, a set of torque and speed measuring sensors, a base and a flange connected to the power machinery. The system should be matched with the DTC series frequency conversion inverter system and together with XLP1000 series control system.
