Introduction

The improvement of transmission efficiency and reliability is the biggest challenge of powertrain development. Compared to existing transmissions, tuning and optimization of transmission efficiency and drivability enhancements are necessary. Therefore, the durability and performance of automatic transmissions, manual transmissions and rear axle gearboxes should be tested.

Design

The power adopts 160KW variable frequency motor, and the load also adopts 160KW variable frequency motor (customized)
Using the power feedback loading method can save 50~70% of the electric energy.
The load motor amplifies the loaded torque by 5 times through the planetary reducer (speed-up gear), ≈ 5100N.m
A 5000N.m torque and speed sensor is installed at the output end of the gearbox, and the torque, speed, and power output by the gearbox are collected by the TR-3S torque, speed, and power collector.
The temperature acquisition instrument can collect 4-way temperature, the temperature sensor is a magnet adsorption type, and the threaded type can also be customized according to customer requirements.
The air tightness tester measures the tightness of the gearbox case.
The large platform is installed to process multiple T-slots, which is convenient for the test of different types of gearboxes.

Active motor - transition seat - universal joint - tested gearbox - universal joint - transition seat - torque speed sensor - planetary reducer - load motor
