Introduction

Motor comprehensive performance test bench is mainly used to test the motor input voltage, input current (AC/DC), input power, power factor (AC); Output torque (rated torque, blocked torque, starting torque, maximum torque, etc.), output speed, output mechanical power; Efficiency; Temperature rise, vibration, noise, etc. Type test and factory test can be carried out to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the motor and provide accurate parameter basis for the research and development, production, maintenance and field application of the motor. Motor comprehensive performance test bench can test all kinds of asynchronous motor, synchronous motor, permanent magnet motor, AC motor, DC motor, new energy motor, etc.

 Main features of the system

1. Sampling time: The sampling time can be set arbitrarily (20ms ~ 1000ms) to meet the needs of users for high-speed measurement.
2. Setting of measuring range and number of teeth: the user can set it according to the torque range of the dynamometer itself and the number of teeth of the speed tooth disc or the photoelectric polarizer.
3. Hub function (station number selection): When configuring multiple (≥2) dynamometers, users can choose VG2218C-JXQ 8-way hub, and select the dynamometer to be specified by computer software or VG2218C operation ( or station), the hub automatically switches the corresponding signal to avoid operation errors and operation safety caused by frequent plugging and unplugging of the signal port when the dynamometer station is replaced.
4. Automatic calibration and calibration function: In addition to retaining the manual calibration (including positive full scale, negative full scale, and zero adjustment) functions, the user can automatically realize the whole process of dynamometer calibration on the computer, the calibration process is clear, and the calibration data can be stored. On the computer, the calibration data table can be automatically generated and printed out.
