Introduction Permanent magnet synchronous motor provides excitation with permanent magnet, which makes the motor structure simpler, reduces the processing and assembly cost, saves the collector ring and brush that are easy to cause problems, and improves the reliability of motor operation; Because there is no excitation current and no excitation loss, the efficiency and power density of the motor are improved.
Motor control theory
Due to the nonlinear and multivariable characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, its control is difficult and the control algorithm is complex. The traditional vector control method often can not meet the requirements. Therefore, some advanced control methods have been applied in permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system, including adaptive observer, model reference adaptive, high-frequency signal injection method, fuzzy control, genetic algorithm and other intelligent control methods. These control methods do not depend on the mathematical model of the control object, and have good adaptability and robustness. They have unique advantages for nonlinear systems such as permanent magnet synchronous motor.
