Introduction

The test bench can simulate all kinds of signals of ECU of a passenger car engine, realize TCU communication with AT, DCT, AMT, and other automatic transmissions of passenger car through CAN bus, and complete fatigue life test.

The equipment can complete the fatigue test function of hybrid transmission of passenger car, and be equipped with software and electrical control system communication interface connected with sample motor (user-provided) cooling device/bench battery simulator (250KW) / power analyzer. The interface for measuring transmission gear transmission error is reserved; The control and communication interface with the HIL system of pure electric transmission hardware in the loop simulation is reserved.
