High Accuracy Hybrid Powertrain Test Bench
Introduction
The hybrid powertrain test bench system is mainly used for various tests of the power systems (engine + ISG Motor + transmission + dynamometer) and its electronic control system in the process of product development. Test the performance of the engine, motor, Motor controller, and gearbox to provide accurate and reliable test charts and data. To test the power performance of pure electric and hybrid electric drive systems, energy consumption in simulated working conditions, motor and controller efficiency; to test the technical specifications of each component of the drive system; and to pass the simulation of the actual working conditions of the vehicle, study on vehicle energy consumption and control strategy. The test-bed is suitable for the hybrid system of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), pure electric vehicle (EV), and AMT parallel hybrid electric vehicle (AMT). To develop, match and calibrate a new energy power system and drive motor, and have a driver operation model, which can simulate the road load of the whole vehicle, it provides test data for confirmation and optimization of vehicle matching parameters.
