Introduction
Ac dyno consists of the main machine of Ac dynamometer, the measuring sensor of speed and torque , the calibration device of torque, the transmission part and the base part. AC electric dynamometer apply for coaxial layout and non-contact installation.The speed sensor is installed on the fixed end of the rotor shaft of the AC dynamometer through a coupling,so the accuracy of speed measurement can be guaranteed. And the torque sensor through tense the flange structure,mounted in the output end of the rotor shaft of the AC dynamometer.The signal receiving part of the torque sensor is connected without contact,the torque generated by the test machine acts directly on the torque sensor.There is no torque loss, so the torque measurement accuracy is high and the response speed is fast.
