Overview of SDHD/SDHD+ AC dynamometer

The host of AC dynamometer adopts seelong AC motor, and the torque flange is installed on the power dynamometer for torque measurement; the torque flange adoptsSEELONG tight torque flange.

The electric dynamometer includes air cooling device (fan), rotary encoder and shaft temperature monitoring system. The motor bearing adopts imported bearing; the speed signal is sent to the frequency conversion drive cabinet through the bus, and the torque signal is sent to the control system by the imported original shielded cable to form a closed-loop control. At the same time, the speed and torque values are stored, displayed, regulated and controlled in the computer unit.
