Bad cooling water quality and natural wear are the most frequent causes of failure for eddy current dynamometers. The damage that arises causes longer, unplanned downtime and high repair costs. In order to prevent such damage.

SGHG series AC dynamometer adopts forced air cooling to avoid damage of bad water quality to dynamometer.

SGHG series AC dynamometer is an indoor test system with high precision and high repeatability, whose main goal is to test the performance of light duty gasoline engine. Through the efficient control system, all test operations can be completed by computer control instructions. High speed data communication module makes the system have higher real-time performance. SGHG series dynamometer has the characteristics of low speed, high torque and high dynamic response.

• It can be used as loading equipment and prime mover. It can drive and absorb power in both directions of rotation, so it is convenient to center (motor suspension) during installation
• Measurement accuracy: speed ± 1 R / min; torque ± 0.2% FS
• Loading stability: constant torque loading stability is better than 0.2%, constant speed driving is better than 0.1%
• Overload capacity: 150% overtorque ≥ 10min, 200% overtorque ≥ 1min
• At zero speed, the full load can be added, and the speed can be reduced to zero without torque attenuation, which can reach twice the full load in a short time.
• Excellent loading performance: constant torque loading can be maintained from zero speed to rated speed, and constant power loading can be maintained above rated speed.
• Low moment of inertia and high overload capacity make the dynamometer have high dynamic response speed, the dynamic response speed is less than 5ms
