Linear Encoder, also called the grating ruler displacement sensor (grating ruler sensor), is a measurement feedback device that uses the optical principle of the grating. The grating ruler is often used in the closed-loop servo system of CNC machine tools, it can be used as a linear or angular displacement.

All glass grating transducers are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.

Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.

1. Q: Did you accept OEM customized service?

    A: Of course, we can provide not only typical products but also the products customized to customer's request based on the order quantity.

2. Q: What is your company mainly produce?

    A: We are mainly produce Vision Measurement Machine, Optical Profile Projector, Digital Readout System(Counter), Linear encoder glass scale.

3. Q: Are the Length of this model has 1000mm?

    A: Normally, GS90 series only available for the length 50 to 500mm, we don't suggest using this model for long dimension measuring due to its thin scale body structure(Insufficient rigidity).

4. Q:  How can I identify Easson GS10, GS30 , GS90 , VS10 and VS20 model?

    A:  We has the product code label stick on the scale body, also each model deimension is different. For their structure, GS series using a five bearing design and one spring for Optical grating linear scale's carrier； But for VS series, it is totally different with GS which it has 6 spring push & pull structure, more accuracy than GS scale.

5. Q: How long dimension for the linear encoder scale you can produce?

     A: Up to now, we can produce the maximum 3000mm long glass scale.
