Advanced Optical Measuring System

working principle:
It works according to the principle of physical formation of moiré fringes. Moiré fringe takes the transmission grating as an example. When a small angle θ is formed between the line pattern on the indicator grating and the line pattern on the scale grating, and the two grating scale facets are placed relatively parallel, under the illumination of the light source, on the almost vertical grid pattern, light and dark stripes are formed.

Aging Test

100% Laser calibration

All glass grating transducers are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.

Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.
