The SPARTAN series Video Measuriement Machines is designed specifically for large scale repeated measuring, it is with high speed, high effciency and powerful function. 

It widely used in dimensional accuracy measurement of various Aerospace, mobile phone, scientific research and teaching, electronics, hardware and plastic, precision metal stamping plate, screen printing plate, acrylic plate, LCP film, PCB board, LCDTFT, glass cover plate, TP, frame of ultra-large LCD, die cutting, backlight module group, as well as for auxiliary measurements such as reverse engineering graphic R & D, design, drawing editing,laboratory inspection, etc..

Working Principle

When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting lighting of the device, then by using software functions like video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate collecting, user can take measurements like circle, line, distance to the workpiece. Excellent software performance that supports spatial coordinate rotation, batch measurement and SPC result classification can be carried out when workpieces are randomly placed or fixtures are used.

Combine with the high-precision, high-resolution ring scale developed and designed by Easson's F3 lens, full closed-loop position feedback, include the coaxial lighting function,  the image multiple repetition error caused by the gear transmission gap is eliminated to Improve the repeatability of the overall measurement.

Mechanical space compensation

Error compensation is to artificially create a new original error to offset the original original error that is currently a problem, and try to make the two equal in size and opposite in direction, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing processing errors and improving processing accuracy.

Vision Measurement Machine's  Network control System PCB which is built in 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra high speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD (absolute scale decoder) , providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.
