EP series Optical Profile Projector

Optical Profile projector EP series is precision and effective measuring machine in screw,  Mechanic,  Metal,  Electronic etc.

EP series high precision optical profile projector provides accurate 2D measurement for all common geometric features such as circle, line angle and etc. All measured results can be printed out for further data processing.

EP series optical profile projector is designed for all critical dimensions measurement in mould & die making, form tool making, screw manufacturing, gear manufacturing and etc.

ES-12P projector LCD digital readout system is specially designed for 2D measuring, which can be used on profile projector, 2D measuring machines or microscopes etc..It built in Linear and non-linear compensation, 3 points circle measurement, 2points distance measurement, 2 points from a line measurement, 4 points line intersection measurement and point-line perpendicular projection etc. function.

Robust friction transmission system

To avoid the usual backlash problem of normal lead screw transmission system,  rod base friction transmission system are used in the XY movements.  This solution provides excellently smooth,  sensitive and backlash free positioning that assure easy and precise measurements.

High precision linear guideway

high precision linear guideways are used in all X,  Y and Z axis movements.  This design provides very high straghtness movements and consequently,  high measurement accuracy.

High stability machine casting

To avoid deformation caused by the internal stress of the metal casting, in addition to the usual internal stress release process ( by tempering ), all EP-1 casting are further stress released by a computer controlled vibration stress release. This process assure high dimensional stability and long lasting measuring accuracy.
