Advanced Optical Measuring System
The reading head moves along the small friction guide rail of the grating glass. The reading head is connected to the external mounting frame through a coupling. The coupling can compensate for the inevitable alignment error between the grating glass ruler and the machine tool rail
Double Seals Design The aluminum housing of the enclosed linear grating ruler effectively protects the grating ruler, scanning head and guide rail from dust, chips and cutting fluid. The elastic sealing lip that automatically pushes down keeps the housing sealed.
100% Laser calibration Easson each linear encoder are undergone rigorous calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer, and can provide accuracy test reports to ensure product quality and quality traceability.
Accuracy report Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.
