Working principle:
Aluminum powder mixing power is motor,The motor rotates clockwise(Look up and down),with mixing shaft and mixer rotation,
materials rotate in the mixer,to acheive mixing purpose.after mixed,the aluminum powder fall down from pouring port,materials discharging controlled by pneumatic butterfly.

Structure:
Aluminum powder mixer consisted of mixing tank,mixing shaft and motor.
Mxing tank shape is cylinder-shaped,The bottom of the cylinder resembles a truncated cone,have the feature of fast falling materials,rolled by steel plate.pouring mixer discharging controlled by pneumatic butterfly valve.mixing shaft consist of transmission belt,bearing seat and mixer.
