Application:

It provide power for autoclave equipment.

Structure:

It is composed of reducer, wheel assembly and air spring.

Wheel assembly:Implementation parts.

Air spring:It is used to air up the wheel assembly to contact with the relative parts of the autoclave equipment.

Work principles:

When the air spring stretch out to make the friction wheel assembly contact with the relative parts of the autoclave equipment, and make the equipment moves along the guide.

Debugging and Trial running:

1.Debugging

a.The stretch of the spring is normal.

b.The clearance between the wheel top and the relative parts of the equipment is proper.

2. Running

Run it without loading, the air spring stretch normally, friction wheel contact with the relative parts correctly and run well.

Maintenance and repair:

1.Maintenance

Clean the dust after each production shift and the air spring is under return status.

Safet:

No person is allowed to stand within the line during the running.
