2) How to get the sample from factory?  and how to deal with the sample fee?

You can get a free sample from our stock but freight collect. The customized sample we will charge fees according to your design and your order quantity. We also can refund sample fees once your order quantity matches our target.

3) How to pay my order boxes?

We accept T/T, western union.For mini orders,we also accpet via Wechat and Alipay.For big orders, Deposit 30% before production, balance 70% be paid before shipment.

4) How long will it take to get the production time of boxes?

bulk Products:Usually 7-10working days.

We don't design, but we can embellish according to your files, such as logo, text,etc.
