Q1. What's your main products?

A: We mainly produce all kind of PVC/ PP/ PET gift boxes, Foil paper Packaging Boxes, In-mold Labels, Washi Tapes,and all kinds of label stickers.

Q2. Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a manufactory  has been in printing&packaging industry from year of 2008.

Q3. Could you do design for us ?

A: Yes, we can only do a simple design for you if necessary, but for special design requirements,you should provide a sample.

Q4. What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?

A: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF , all are acceptable.

Q5. Can I get a FREE sample ?

A: Yes,we can proivide a free sample,but if you need customize as your design,sometimes here have the sample charge especially boxes.

Q6. How Can I arrange shipment ?

A: 1) You can use your shipping forwarder, just give me their email.

2) If you don't have, please advise the airport or sea port you can work. We can give a quotation of freight as you requests.

You don't have to worry about not haveing experience buying from China. We can do air / sea by door to door, express to send the goods in reasonable price within our agreed delivery time.

Q7. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.

-Bleed size: 3-5mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

Q8. What's your payment terms?

By T/T, LC AT SIGHT, Western Union, Alipay, Wechat, paypal. 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
