Nylon PA66 Busbar Plugs For Tap Off Unit Current Distribution 1) Material: nylon PA66 2) 3C compliant 3) Installed on feeder busbars for tap-off unit current distribution
There are two types of plug-in tap-off units :
1) Plug-in tap-off units without automatic clamping system .
2) Plug-in tap-off units with automatic clamping system. Step 1: Open or remove the tap-off unit cover.
Step 2: Install the protection device in the tap-off unit.
Step 3: Remove the IP protection on the outlet of the run component.
Step 4: Prepare the output cable glands and connect the cables to the tap-off unit.
Step 5: Check that the protection device is switched off and carefully inspect the tap-off unit for tools and objects that may have been left inside the tap-off unit.
Step 6: Position the rear of the tap-off unit on the run component.
Step 7: Plug the tap-off unit into the run component.
Step8: Lock the tap-off unit on the run component using the locking handle located inside the tap-off unit
Step9: Secure the tap-off unit on the run component using the fixing mechanism.
Step10: Close the tap-off unit cover. The system and the load are ready to be energized. |
