cream,loctaion,BB cream,Gel cream. We adopt PP meterial. PP is short for polypropylene. Polypropylene is a good option for
cosmetic product packaging because it is highly durable. PP is
resistant to many chemicals and can offer a good protection against
moisture, oil, and even alcohol. PP plastic jars are available in a
full range of sizes from 10ml to 500ml.
Normally there are two types of PP cosmetic cream jars: single wall
and double walls. Double walls PP jar consists of an inner jar to
be fitted into an outer jar. The inner jar is injection moulded,
completed with the neck finish and then put into the outer jar on
an assembly line.The inner jar is often PP material as PP has very
good product compatibility features and the combination gives
double walls jar a more luxurious appearance. A single wall PP jar
consists of only one part so it has better price.
To decorate the cosmetic jars, hot stamp is often applied by using
metallic foils. These foils have many effects like a glossy or matt
finish in combination with metallic silver or gold colours.

1) Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who
confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
2) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first
order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach
our MOQ.
3) What is the normal lead time ?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 35-40
work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 35-40 days after we
received your 30% deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 35-40 work days after we
receive your 30% deposit.
4) What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days
after departure from port.
5) What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your
detail requirements.
By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
6) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample
approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection
during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking
pictures after packing.
7) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the
pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented
within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is
subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can
accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally
we will completely compensate all your loss. |
