• 1 year warranty since goods arrive at the destionation port. During warranty parts can be replaced for free, except wearing parts.

• Free pattern drawing service.
• Professional engineer is available to ocea sea for installation or reparing machines. In this case, customer need to bear related cost, like tickets, food and board, and labor cost.
