A laminating machine is a device that covers a document or other material with a protective layer on both sides. Usually, this layer is a plastic film, which is heat-bonded to the material and confers increased strength, durability and longevity to it.

Laminating machines are classified by laminating process. The five methods are liquid lamination, low temperature lamination, high temperature lamination, pressure sensitive lamination and thermosetting commonly used. A special laminator magnetizes the material by heating the vinyl, which contains the ferromagnetic element, thus making the poster attractive to magnets. The office laminate is used to protect important documents.

Cold mounting -- no heating state (suitable for cold mounting of film with a thickness of about 0.6mm). The above Suggestions can be adjusted according to requirements.

Prepare:

Insert the plug into the power socket, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on (red), and then the motor starts to work normally. Turn on the preheat power and start preheating. The temperature rose rapidly.

Temperature setting:

Set the button to the desired temperature and warm up for about 3 minutes. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the work light will be turned on and off many times. The temperature tends to stabilize. At this time, plastic sealing can be performed. In the process of work, the constant light will flicker, and there will be repeated light and dark changes. This means that the lights will constantly flicker, changing the lights and shadows repeatedly. Refers to the internal constant temperature system inside the machine. It is normal when the heating stops in the switching heating state.

Application:

This machine is widely used to envelop ID cards, office documents, photos and documentary cards. The cards packaged can resist against water, alteration pollution, improve their strength and appearance and extend their storage life.
 

Maintenance:

1. This machine is an electrical product, so it cannot be sprayed directly with water.
2. Unplug the plug before fixing it.
3. Do not use gasoline, thinners or metal blades.
4. Remove dust from the machine with a soft cloth.If the dust is very thick, remove it with a neutral soap or cleaner.
5. The rubber roller and shafei sleeve are regularly filled with high temperature resistant light lubricating oil.

Attention remarks:

1. Placement
Plastic packaging machine shall be placed in dry and clean condtions, but not close to the outlet of cooling equipment.
 
2. Machine operation
Don't spray water onto the machine.
When the machine is heating, don't place any objet on its upper cover and casing.
 
3. Sealing material
What is to be packaged in the card protective film can only be paper and card, total thickness not greater than 1mm. Don't insert any inflammbale material (such as celluloid) and wasily softened material (such as PVC and polythene) into the machine, as they can be melt down in the machine and product smoke.
