Mixing ratio (2k paints: Activator/hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.3-0.5)

For clear coat and hardener, except of 2 : 1, we also can make 4:1 or 5:1 mixing ratio.

Application method: Stir evenly before apply. Spray 2 -3 coats. You can polish after 15 hours at 22℃, 30 minutes at 70℃ baking.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.

2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats

Gun Nozzle:

1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)

1.3-1.5mm (Sc Spray Gun)

-Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.

-Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20℃)

-Number Of Coats: 3 Coats Maximum.
