High Concentrated Acrylic 2K Cryl 1K Base Automotive Refinish Paint

2K Paint

It is a bi-component car refinish paint series, high quality single coat system. It can be cured under room temperature or through low-temperature baking. With the following advantages: fast drying, high hardness, high gloss, bright color, excellent covering power, easy spraying, Quick drying etc.

1K Paint

It is a high quality base coat series, two coats and three coats system. Silver, pearl or solid color tinters are included. Excellent covering power, metallic effect, easy spraying.

Clear Coat

To satisfy different customers, we have three kinds of quality with high performance varnish, the economic type, standard type, high solid content type, and all of them are with high hardness, high gloss,resistance to alcohol and gasoline. To spray on the 1K base coat, the clear coat can provide it the protection, durability and brightness. The crystal shinning and smooth effect can be obtained after wet spray twice.

Hardener

high quality, anti-yellowish. We have the Economic, Standard and High Solid content (HS) three types, and Fast Dry,Standard, Slow Dry three models. It is suitable for the 2K tinters, 2K ready mixed paint and clear coat.

Thinner

The thinner is s divided into Fast Dry, Standard and Slow Dry types. It is used in the 2K paint, 1K paint, clear coat, 2K primer, etc. It has good dissolution and promote bonding effect.

HOW TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

mixing ratio: 

  2k paints : activator/hardener: thinner = 2: 1: 0.3-0.5

  1k paints : thinner=2:1~1.2

  we also can make 4:1 or 5:1 mixing ratio

application method: stir evenly before apply. spray 2 -3 coats. you can polish after 15 hours at 22℃, 30 minutes at 70℃ baking.
