Quality control process
1. Incoming raw materials: check whether the packaging of raw materials is damaged, take samples for each batch of products and semi-finished products in a timely manner, make records, and handle warehousing
2. Product delivery: The commissioner applies to the warehouse for the finished and semi-finished products needed for daily production, and distributes them to the corresponding production stations
3. Assembling production: according to the production process of the product, assembling production, and making a record of the assembly of each station
4. Product off-line and testing: After the product is fully assembled, it needs to go through the following testing
A. Electrical performance testing
B. Air tightness testing of pipelines
C. Whole machine performance test
D. Only after all the tests are qualified can the packaging be placed on the production line
5. Product assembly warehousing: After the product assembly is offline, the warehouse needs to handle the warehousing and record the product data
