Fast Rolling Automatic aluminium door Shutter Operated High Speed PVC DoorHigh speed shutter door, also called fast soft door,which is a barrier door with rapid rise and fall.And its main function is quickly isolation, thus to ensure the air quality of the workshop without dust. High speed shutter door has the functions of heat preservation, cold preservation, insect-proof, windproof, dust proof, sound insulation, fire proof, anti odour, day lighting and so on. It is widely used in food, chemistry, textile, electronics, supermarket, freezing, logistics, storage and other places. It can meet the need of high performance logistics and clean place, saving energy for shutting down automatically. What’s more, it can improve working efficiency, create better working environment and so on.
Appearance: standard stainless steel sealing box and aluminum alloy track,
laser cutting processing without welding sealing box, no rust,
beautiful and strong. Dynamic performance: 0.75kw fast door special motor and silent brake motor, power 0.75-1.5kw, power 110V/220V/380V, Voltage 110V/220V/380V is optional, power 0.75/1.5/2.2kw is optional. Control system: 1.5kw man-machine switching control box control circuit, to achieve soft start and soft shut down motor function, effectively extend the motor life and reduce noise.Equipped with the limit device of full-range absolute value encoder, the travel position is more accurate, and the manual travel is not offset when power is off. Control voltage: safe low voltage 24VDC. Opening speed: open 0.8-1.5m/ s and close 0.6-1.2m/ s (frequency conversion can be adjusted). Door curtain material: industrial high strength 0.9 thick PVC mesh cloth, double-sided polyvinyl chloride coating, a variety of colors, with cold resistance, self-cleaning, anti-aging function. Tensile strength: 5700/5100n /5cm, tear strength: 900/80n. Fire rating: German standard MZD/NBL flame resistant. Temperature: - 10 ℃ to + 70 ℃ / super cold area - 40 ℃. Transparent window: imported PVC transparent crystal soft board, 1.5mm thick, rectangular or oval. Wind resistant material: aluminum alloy wind resistant rib, section connection, easy to replace. Wind resistance: 9m/s (50Pa standard 3 x 3). Sealing performance: U type air bag cloth bag at the bottom of the door curtain can be closely fitted with uneven ground, and the door frame can be sealed with wool strips on both sides to prevent dust and insects. Safety configuration: standard infrared photoelectric protection, pressure air bag, warning light, anti-collision column, power failure manual rocker.
