1. The raw materials are qualified.

   Strict sampling inspection of raw materials and accessories, qualified warehousing, unqualified return.

2. Sampling inspection of spare parts in production process:

   First, QC will constantly sampling inspection of product parts, and draw out unqualified parts;

   Secondly, the parts in the previous process will be inspected in the next process, and the unqualified parts will be returned.

3. Before spraying, product assembly testing,After spraying, the composition of the product is inspected again.

4. After the packaging is completed, the product shall be inspected again for assembly before shipment.

 

Wework entrusted a third party to inspect the goods at the factory and passed the inspection smoothly.
