Quarters

Walnut quarters is one quarter of the kernel. All kernels divided into four roughly equal parts, a number

of the selected impurity nuts allowed 10% of large pieces.. For standard quarters walnuts should not

pass through the sieve apertures with a diameter of 7 mm. The average diameter of the party usually

7-20 mm.
