IP55 Outdoor Cabinet For Solar Power System 19" 23U With Fan, Smoke Detector And Door Switch

1.  Application Scope

The Outdoor Telecom Cabinet is used for solar power system. Solar chargers, converters and inverters, rectifiers, DC load distributions, AC load distributions, battery distributions etc. can be installed inside the cabinet.

2.  Cabinet Introduction

The cabinet is a single skinned outdoor enclosure for mounting on base assembly. It is designed with adapters to fit 19” equipment. The cabinet accommodates a dust and water protection rating of IP55. The cabinet cable entry is located at the bottom left of the cabinet by means of cable gland plates.

3. Cabinet Dimension

Cabinet External Dimension (W×D×H): 720×720×1300mm.

Skin Material: 1.5mm thick electro-galvanized steel (corrosion-resistant)

Frame Material: galvanized steel

Powder-Coat Paint: outdoor polyester light gray RAL7035 coating

The cabinet top is removable. The purpose of this is for solar protection, hiding lifting ears and additional water protection.

Fan with below fan specs:

1) Fan voltage 48VDC

2) Fan temperature controller

3) Fan can be mounted on the door or at cabinet top

Construction: galvanized steel

Mounting: 19” mount – from top to bottom of the cabinet

4.4 Door Specification

The cabinet have one front door.

5. Electrical Devices

5.1 Service Light

Service light is used to get additional light inside the cabinet. Service light is 48VDC, installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.2 Smoke Detector

Smoke detector can detect smoke and issues an alarm to alert that there is a potential fire in the cabinet. Smoke detector is installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.3 Door Switch

Door switch can trigger alarm when the door is opened. Door switch is installed at door and door frame.

5.4 Fan

The cabinet includes one DC48V fan, installed at cabinet door.
