Automatic poultry feeding line:

Chicken automatic feeding system consists of

a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, a suspension lifting device, an antiperching device and a material level sensor.

The main function of the system is to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the

motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

It's 100% Polypropylene Made,Very Firm and durable ,long using life.The pan is extremely resistant to the different types of high pressure and force impact.

2. Whirl ring can prevent chickens from scratch the feed out. So it can save feed.

Adjustable ring can adjust feed volume to ensure that the feed is fresh and adjust the speed of feed delivery .

3. All functions and very low maintain cost,easy to assemble and unload and wash,high degree of automation,save your time.

The 360° flood provides a large amount of feed at the edge of the pan making it easily accessible.

Each broiler feeding pan has the feature of a feed saver lip which reduces waste, along with the feed saver fins which will help keep the birds from wasting the feed, and the 360° rotation of the feeder that insures even feed distribution.
When a flooding pan is no longer required, simply winch the feeders off the floor and the feed adjust returns to the preset grow-out position. In the grow-out position the feed volume per pan is reduced, and the feed is delivered to the feeding area, giving easy access to the feed.

Automatic Nipple Drinking:

Use good quality engineering plastic for outer,for the inner,we use good quality stainless stell.All nipples are anti-rusting,service life over 10 years.

Double-sealing structure,with good seal ability,can avoid to effect the chicken house for leaking.Valve rod is movable in 360 degree,it's suitable for all chicken to drink.

The outside shell is made of high quality plastic, the inner rod is made of high quality stainless steel.
