Hunan Meicheng Ceramic Technology was certified with ISO9001 in August, 2012.Meanwhile we has successively passed the IATF16949 and ISO14001 system certification, been recognized as A-grade supplier and supreme partner by BYD Automobile Cooperation, been awarded by MIC and SGS company in quality supplier audit and regarded as golden suppler.SA8000 and QC08000, and national military industry certifcation is in process of application.
We strictly implements the whole process quality inspection and process control according to the ISO9001 international quality control system rules, including incoming inspection (IQC), production process inspection (IPQC), final inspection control (FQC), feedback and handling of abnormal quality, Quality Records. Our corporation is equipped with advanced R&D testing equipment, including but not limited to physical performance testing equipment (push-pull force gauge and universal tester), vacuum sealing furnace and atmosphere sealing furnace, rational laboratory and film thickness meter and laser particle size analyzer. We has global inspection and control capabilities from the inspection of incoming raw materials to the functional performance test of the final finished product.
