1. Raw material control

Raw materials are also an indispensable part of ensuring product quality. We strictly control the procurement channels of raw materials, never use shoddy materials, and resolutely produce in accordance with raw material standards. Our raw materials comply with ROHS.

 

2. Equipment control

In the production process, equipment is the main link to ensure product quality. Therefore, the equipment should be inspected and tested before the production starts, and the equipment should be maintained after the production is completed to ensure the accuracy of the equipment during use.

 

3. Employee control

In order to ensure product quality, we organize training on theoretical knowledge, operating skills, and professionalism for factory personnel, so that each employee is proficient in basic product knowledge, standardized operations, and quality identification.

 

4. Production environment control

In order to ensure product quality, the production site environment is managed and restricted, and raw materials, tools, and products are placed in designated locations. It effectively avoids the confusion of unidentified objects, qualified and unqualified products, and effectively prevents product quality accidents caused by improper placement.
