A. What is non woven fusing Interlining ?

It is made directly from fiber to fabric stage in the process reducing the cost of base fabric. As there is no yarn used in making nonwovens, it lacks in strength needed for apparel use and there are many techniques applied to impart required strength to nonwoven textiles, called Bonding. They are the most versatile product available from 10gsm to 200gsm and above, offering light, soft, flexible or strong for any application one can think of. The basic manufacturing technique is using mostly synthetic fibers to form a layer, which are imparted strength by bonding.

B. No woven fusing interlining features

• Light weight: the base fabric of non woven interlining, its mainly material is polyester, the proportion only 60 percent of cotton.
• Soft feeling: the base cloth of non woven interlining is composed of fine fibers, with a good comfortable and moderate feeling.
• Excellent air permeability: non woven interlining cloth has porous, good air permeability, can keep the cloth dry.
• Antibacterial: nonwoven interlining is antibacterial,corrosion resistance;
• Environmental protection: Degradability in soil.

D. Packing detail & delivery time

• 100 meters/yards per roll in strong poly bag, 6-8 rolls per bale in strong woven bag or as customer's request.
• Samples delivery time : 1 ~ 2 days
• LCL orders delivery time : 7~10 days
• FCL orders delivery time : 15~20 days

 
E. Quality control

• ProductExternal QC: For each order, except for our factory quality control, Our QC will check the production, according to the order qty , our QC will choose some proportion of goods to inspect, including width,weight,handfeeling,color,packing etc.
• Product Internal QC: Our factory will do the test with the shipping samples of each order,including bond strength , washing and dry cleaning , shrinkage etc., to make sure the quality can reach the industrial Standard.
