All DEHRAY warranties apply to the end customer or original owner (the individual who purchased the product for their own use), also referred to as the end user, and are not transferable. DEHRAY warranties are subject to and provided only on the terms and conditions as set out in the warranty version published on this site, or for warranty versions as delivered in the companion DEHRAY Information Packet.
Warranty time
Each DEHRAY product covers at least 50 hours running time or 12 month warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty costs
Within the warranty scope, no cost of replacement accessories will be charged.
Fast response time
DEHRAY after-sales service will quickly respond to your needs, ensure timely parts replacement and maintenance and rapid recovery of normal operation of the product.
