A pivot core crown is a type of dental restoration required where
there is inadequate amount of tooth substance remaining to
retain a crown or bridgework on top. A dowel pin is cemented
into a prepared root canal, which retains the pivot core as
abutment, and retains the final crown eventually.
After Endodontic therapy, to ensure a normal function of crown
or bridge restoration, Pivot Core with dowel pin systems
are needed.

Our pivot core can be in the following material:
traditional casted metal pivot core, we use Co Cr metal here,
contains no Ni or Be, reduce allergic reaction.
emax/glass ceramic pivot core, these pin cores are lighter, better
in color, but more brittle compared to metal cores.
zirconia pivot core, great strength, better in color, just
more exoensive.

digital case: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information
as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, materials needed, return dates, design, etc. |
| b. Prepare us working impression (model) and opposite impression
(model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us a bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant,
including lab parts. |
e. Prepare airway bill before shipping (you can choose from
the following shipping couriers, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You
may also need to prepare a commercial invoice and a non wooden
declaration paper. Please contact our service person for those
