Application of Machine
It is suitable for weighing grain, stick, slice, globose, irregular shape products, such as candy, chocolate, jelly,

pasta, melon seeds, roasted seeds, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, nuts, coffee bean, chips ,raisins,

plum, cereals and other leisure foods, pet food, puffed food, vegetable, dehydrated vegetables ,fruits, sea food,

frozen food, small hardware, etc.

System Construction

1. Z type bucket conveyor:

    Raise material to multihead weigher which controls the start and stop of the hoister.

2. 10 heads multi weigher:

    Used for quantitative weighing.

3. Working platform:

    Support the 10 heads multi weigher.

4. Vertical packing machine:

    Pack the material with high speed, and data printed, sealing-off and bag cut are completed automatically.

    There are different models you can choose according to your bag width.

5. Take -off conveyor:

    Convey the finished bag to next step.

6. Rotary table:

    For finished bag collecting.
