Decorative Tempered Glass Temperature Resistance Test

1. Low temperature resistance, The sample was placed at - 40 ± 2 ℃ for 24h and recovered to room temperature. Take out the observation sample. After the test, there should be no separation between the front and back sides of the sample
2. High temperature resistance, Put the sample in a constant temperature box of 120 ± 10 ℃ for 3 h, and take out the observation sample. There should be no change in the front and back of the sample after the test.

A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
