1, Cold-hot cycle test: first put the fridge glass shelves in a thermostat at 60-65℃ for 12 hours, then put it in a thermostat at-40-35℃ for 12 hours, with a cycle of 24 hours, so that at least 5-10 temperature cycles are performed, and the shelf and injection molding plastic shall not be cracked or broken.

2. Anti-ultraviolet (UV) test (only applicable to white peripheral plastic): Expose the peripheral plastic to high-intensity UV light (50 watts, 254nm, distance 250 mm), and require the color change to be less than E = 1.2 and b = 0.70.

3. Dirty resistance test: After tomato juice, mustard and milk are in direct contact with the fridge glass shelf plastic profile at 200C for 24 hours, remove the residual reagents on the surface of the tested plastic, rinse the tested plastic in clear water, dry the surface with a soft cloth, and then directly inspect fridge glass shelves with the naked eye. There should be no obvious stain.
