57mm IP65 2-Phase Waterproof Type NEMA23 Bi-Polar 1.2N.M Stepping
Motor
Product description of Waterproof Stepper motor - 1. The material is selected from well-known manufacturers at home
and abroad. The advantages are light weight, good heat dissipation
performance, good thermal conductivity, die-casting, good
plasticity, higher elongation than iron, low noise, good motion
stability, the disadvantages are high price, low hardness
-
- 2. Stepper motors are economical, accurate, and easy to control,
and they can operate reliably in a variety of environments
(depending on the level of protection IP chosen) preferably in
machines with additional enclosures or in clean environments
15.High reliability, easy maintenance.Motor rotor structure accurate, no loss of step.Rotor special material, not stuck machine -
- 3. Online testing of technical parameters to ensure the consistency
of data product parameters
-
- 4. The angular displacement of the stepping motor can be precise
controlled by the number of electrical pulses.Angle accuracy can be
controlled within ±0.09°without any feedback devices.
Advantages of Stepper Motor:- 1. The rotation angle of the motor is proportional to the input pulse.
- 2. The motor has full torque at standstill.
- 3. Precise positioning and repeatability of movement since good
stepper motors have an accuracy of 3 – 5% of a step and this error
is noncumulative from one step to the next.
- 4. Excellent response to starting, stopping, and reversing.
- 5. Very reliable since there are no contact brushes in the motor.
Therefore the life of the motor is simply dependant on the life of
the bearing.
- 6. The motor’s response to digital input pulses provides open-loop
control, making the motor simpler and less costly to control.
- 7. It is possible to achieve very low-speed synchronous rotation with
a load that is directly coupled to the shaft.
- 8. A wide range of rotational speeds can be realized as the speed is
proportional to the frequency of the input pulses.
What is waterproof motor, what requirements does motor waterproof
have? Most motors are not waterproof, in large part because they work in
environments that do not require waterproofing, and waterproofing
materials add costs that limit overall performance and are often of
value only to specific applications, such as pumps and fluid
handling, off-road vehicles and other applications where fluids may
come into contact with motors.Because of water and solvent, motion
control components are often exposed to the risk of corrosion and
failure, and waterproof motor is the key component to solve the
problem of water-induced motor failure. The motor industry has a
standardized liquid protection measure, known as IP protection
level, that electrical engineering and motor manufacturers need to
meet the requirements of the application specification.
