SERVA QPE 1600 Quintuplex Plunger Pump

The QPE 1600 is a reciprocating, horizontal single-acting, quintuplex plunger pump for continuous well service, which is rated at 1600 brake hp input maximum.

The pump is good at cementing, acidizing, fracturing, and other conventional services, especially for long-time coiled tubing service.

The North American market is available in a dual-pump arrangement with a single power of up to 3,200 HP and a maximum working pressure of 20,000 PSI.

Imported packing and homemade top-performance packing are available, which can be interchanged with packing of the same specification in the market.

Crosshead and push rod are designed to prevent mud from entering into the power end.

Strength of integrally forged connecting rod is 50% higher than that of conventional connecting rod.
