Motorized Gravity Package Flexible Roller Conveyor

Flexible Roller Conveyors, commonly referred to as CDLR, provides a positively driven, heavy-duty, live roller conveyor. Because of the positive chain and sprocket drive, it's an ideal choice for conveying pallets, containers, drums, and other heavy unit loads. In addition, it's well suited for dirty or oiling environments, where other types of live roller conveyors won't perform.

Support Legs
The height of support legs is adjustable by turning each black handle, and can form an inclined conveying surface. Even floor isn’t even, flexible expandable conveyor can stand stably and handle packages smoothly. Thus it can keep the packaging flow smoothly and reduce the labor strength of operators.

Castors
We use heavy-duty swivel castors which diameter is 150mm, and flexible expandable conveyor castors brake are provided on each
side, which makes it stand firmly when handling packages.

Joint Hooks.
In order to extend conveying length, multiple flexible expandable conveyors can be connected together by using the joint hooks so as to reach a longer length of conveyance.
