Quality control process:
Plan:
The planning departments make production plans and assign them to relevant departments to continue execution.
Execution:
Relevant departments execute the production plans.
Preliminary Acceptance:
The technical department in charge of the preliminary acceptance of the machine, mainly for the finish degree and appearance etc.
Quality Inspection and Acceptance:
Quality inspection department is responsible for the acceptance of the machine according to the drawings.
Installation Acceptance:
The installation workshop person will check and accept the installation of the machine, including the issues of assembly process and discuss with the technical department.
Commissioning Acceptance:
The installation workshop person in charge of the equipment commissioning, and discuss the problems found with the technical department.
