Core Description
A heavy-duty, two-way sliding mold hydraulic vulcanizing press
designed for manufacturing large rubber products. It features a
dual-layer hot plate system, high working pressure, and mold
interchangeability for flexible, high-volume production.

Structural Design
Frame & Platens: Fabricated from Q235 steel, shot-blasted, zinc-rich primed, and
stress-relieved via machining.
Hot Platens: Dual-sizing 45# steel plates, normalized; equipped with automated
electric steam valves and bypass for precise temperature control
(steam/water switching capability).
Platforms: Upper/lower platforms of Q235 steel, precision-welded using CO₂
shielded arc welding with alloy wire, followed by full furnace
stress relieving to prevent deformation.
Hydraulic & Actuation
Cylinder Assembly: ZG270-500 cast cylinder with chilled alloy cast iron plunger.
Sealing System: Dual seals + integrated dust ring for extended service life.
Mold Movement: Front/rear sliding mold device supports hydraulic or mechanical
actuation, capable of handling molds of any weight.
Control System
Automation: PLC-based full-automatic control for clamping, mold opening,
exhaust setting, and manual override capability.
