Product Description

Usage:

The calender can be used for rubber sheet or PVC sheet processing, tire sheet processing, coating ect. Roller number will be two roll,three roll, four roll ,five roll.


Features for the rubber (or PVC) calender:


Hollow Roll : quantity can be 2,3,4 or 5 according to the technical of products.

We can design drilled roll for you. and mirror polishing the surface.


The roll material is Cast iron alloy (LTG-H), after quenching and precision processing, hardness HS:76.

Main bearing :  Dual-listed Tiaoxin spherical roller bearings

Base of machine :   is made by cast iron (FC30),after quenching,highest intension and precision, with lubrication hole.

seal-capping of base is made by aluminum ,no oil leakage in and outside.

Reducer:  Airtight leaching oil type,hardened gear reducer, Almost no noise,safty . Precision is six grade.

Lubrication pump:  power is 0.37 KW,by Oil automatic circle. With oil back window on the base of machine,you can check the oil for lubrication.

Emergency brake between motor and reducer, when overload ,the machine will stop automaticly
