Structure Instruction

1.1 Machine Body

1.2 Rack: welding fabrication and through annealing treatment, precision machine tools comprehensive processing, strong rigidity, not deformation, the sliding surface is smooth and wear-resistant.

1.3 Bedplate: Welding type bedplate and through annealing treatment and then machine processing, high strength and not deformation.

1.4 Roller and Bearing
    Roller Type: Hollow Light Roller
    Material: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron LTH-H
    Hardness: 68-72HSD
    Chilling Layer: 10-25mm
    Host Bearing: Four Radial cylindrical roller bearings (Wafangdian(China One of first best brand) metallurgy bearing)
    Bearing Bedplate: Casting made by tempering processing, with a lubricating oil hole.
    Roller Space has protected by the Max. Distance.
    Roller Temperature using high quality rotary joint and stainless steel metal pipes.

1.5 Nip Adjustment Device
    Nip Adjustment Speed: 3.6mm/min
    Drive Motor Power: 1.1 KW
    Nip Adjustment using 1#Roller, 2# and 4#Roller. It can adjust at both ends at the same time and can adjust separately.

1.6 Transmission Type
    It is using motor drive speed reducer, through stick pin couplings, friction ratio drive the roller rotation.

1.7 Speed Reducer
   Type: One Motor input, and one shaft output.
   Gear: Hard-tooth type

1.8 Main Motor
    The main motor using frequency motor and through variable-frequence governor adjust the motor rotate speed.
1.9 Lubrication System
    Bearing Lubrication: This system has one set of oil tank, it including flow adjust, oil temperature  gauge, condenser, filter etc. and flow control, and lower the lubrication oil temperature and guarantee the cleanness of the lubrication oil.
2.0 Grease lubrication pipes.




Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
