1. Function

The machine is suitable for the mixing and kneading rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive, EVA, chemical medicine, ensure the dispersion of raw material and used for small test or small production.

2. Construction Features

(1) Roller is made from cast iron, wear resistance and long service life. Internal water cooling system, it can use steam heating or electrical heating. The temperature difference between rollers can be controlled in 2 degrees or minus. The rollers surface through mirror polishing processing.

(2) The space between rollers is having manual and electric adjust ice two kinds.

(3) Frame is made by steel plate welding, so have good rigidity structure, and beautiful appearance after annealing and eliminating inside stress.

(4) Bedplate is as a whole structure, using steel welding operation and has high stability.

(5) Bushing is used the bearing-type bussing, lined with high-strength bearings, forced closed lubrication system to ensure it does not leak oil during the operation of the machine.

(6)The brake system use the perfect emergency stop setting, can maximum guarantee the safety of the staff and equipment use

(7) The gear of reduction gearbox use cylinder-shaped, hard tooth surface is 20CrMiTi, through quenching and carburizing processing, hardness is HRC57.

(8) Splice plate: Clear mixture device designed, easy to clean.

(9) High design: Humanization, reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

(10) After the completion of the machine assembly, the machine passed load test within 4-6 hours, reducing the debugging expense and time for the customers.
